we will end up with a bunch of farmers going bankrupt, and food production will reduce to meet US only demand at the right price. We will just lose some jobs due to lower production....and we still have basically the cheapest food relative to earning power in the world, and that will likely stay the same.

We will see what happens with Boeing, Cat, and other US giants as well.
