Can you tell me who the "small guy" HVAC manufacturers are in the state of Indiana who are getting squeezed here?
This is a state tax incentive. If Carrier wanted to, they could move to State X for lower tax rates, would State X be guilty of picking a winner over a company operating in a higher tax rate state?
