moving jobs to Mexico. As a result Trump and Pence negotiated with them and they struck a deal that gave the company an incentive to stay put, $700k a year for 10 years.

Originally Trump has said companies who move jobs out of USA would have tariffs leveed against their products. Giving them millions in handouts is the exact opposite and I think it sets a precedent for other companies to follow suit.
