It should also be noted that he accumulated as much public debt as all of the presidents in U.S. history combined.
He also has made a good start on destroying our medical care system:

gutted much of what remained of the moral fabric of our country, worked hard to maintain the ongoing, often brutal slaughter of more than 3,000 innocent human beings per day on U.S. soil, created untold turmoil and suffering throughout the Middle East, and stirred up racial turmoil and citizen unrest on a shocking scale, leaving our country more racially divided and socially and culturally fractured than anyone could have imagined in their worst nightmares.
I would also note that his policies have gutted the financial underpinnings of our economy. Even if the coming financial collapse doesn't happen on his watch, though he's certainly not out of the woods on that score yet, it IS coming nevertheless. The financial misallocation of capital, the malinvestments, are a direct result of the policies of the Fed under his watch. Bernanke almost took down the world financial system under Bush... and Obama quickly reappointed him... and then when he wanted to retire before it all collapsed in upon itself, he appointed Janet Yellen who is just as bad.
He also went against all of his campaign promises and engineered the Bankster Bailouts despite overwhelming public opposition. Upon being elected he almost immediately did an about face and railroaded the bailout through claiming the entire world financial system would collapse if they actually took time to read the 1,000+ page bill... they had to pass it RIGHT NOW... and after they did, he promptly decided to leave it laying on his desk unsigned while he took a 4 day golf vacation as if he just wanted to flaunt his lying hypocrisy and rub it in everyone's nose.
