If that doesn't occur I hope we win 14 or 15 games so Sterk can sell the program to a new coach. I think it's a lot easier to sell a very good coach to come here if you can point to a nucleus of young players who just won 15 games as a selling point.

I would hope that even at 16 wins Sterk considers moving on if he can get the right coach to replace Kim. It would give fans something to be excited about with this program and I don't think 16 wins is going to do that.
