There are pieces to build around.
Phillips & Puryear are consistent 4 year players
Hughes can end up being a big time scorer. Just probably not that guy this year.
I think Smith can have a Bowers type of career arc
Jackson & Nikko are similar to Phillips & Puryear. Consistent steady types.

There's just not enough depth right now. Also not a guy that is go to guy to make up for others having off days.
