filing, etc. marriage is a part of all of those things. A gay couple in Alabama, if it were left to the states, would not be able to have advanced directives with each other, sign life insurance/pensions over, etc. That would be bull****.

Marriage is a contract between the state and a couple. I think religion should get out of marriage all together. Your morality should not infringe on the rights of Americans.

Marijuana should be rescheduled at the federal level. It is a schedule 1 drug currently which is fuking ridiculous.
