come to her classroom and remove the disruptive student so he/she could get fired instead.

Stupid inmates are running the asylums in secondary ed. Students know they have a free pass to act out and be a disruption in the classroom. If they are black, they know any discipline they get will be less than what would be inflicted on a white student.
