SNL gave a wonderful skit about young whites just absolutely amazed that America would vote in a sexist racist. However, Chappelle and Chris Rock act nonchalantly. That's because they've been trying to tell young white idealists that racism still exists and they just couldn't believe it.

Young white people are so angry that they're protesting in cities. They are absolutely angry. Paul Ryan said Trump displayed 'textbook racism' and wrote off Trump's prospects because he just knew that white America would write off a racist.
Now what I'll say about Trump is I don't know if he's a racist. In fact, I'm more inclined to think he isn't. However, what he knew better than most is that he could win the presidency by using offensive speech and castigating Mexicans, blacks, and feminists. He read America better than anyone and I'll give him credit for that.
I can't condone a man's values where they would have to resort to that type of dirty tactic, but it worked. However, it won't work for long and that's what gives me hope for the future.
Notice that you don't see many blacks protesting. It's more whites.
