Your need to denigrate the man is curious.
That you think that "off the cuff" he is not that good is not even relevant.
You know that one time they loaded the wrong speech on the teleprompter for a SOTU address by Bill Clinton. Bubba had to wing it from memory until they got it fixed. No pressure. It was just the SOTU address. Love him or hate him and I mostly don't care for the guy, you gotta be wowed by that.
You choose to dis Obama. OK. Just know your facts. He writes many if not most his own speeches. That a teleprompter is there as an assist is no thing.
