But why would the spend it unless they can get return? And small business, the engine of US growth, is anything BUT awash. In fact, policies like higher minimum wage, higher health care, greater regulations, etc. are making it impossible for many of them to survive.

It is bad enough that you don't understand the economy. It is worse that you champion policies that actually get us where we are today. 1-2% growth with an influx of part time jobs and a record number of the labor force sitting it out.
