spending was the very definition of Obama's "shovel ready" jobs, infrastructure stimulus in the form of fraudulent, Cronyism handouts that resulted in zero public benefit.

The public/private partnerships that will create actual private jobs & real projects is a wholesale difference under Trump for starters on that front.
