He has never built anything. Always been playing the sketchy recruiting game, and its never led to lasting success anywhere.

If he really wants to be a coach, he should drop to a very small school or Division II, and learn how to build a winning team. THEN, he can worry about attracting big name recruits. His entire career can be summed up as cart before horse.
