I doubt I am done with them

I may just be a one of the lucky ones. Hopefully I can reduce my incidence of stones by staying hydrated, keeping my weight down, and drinking lots of lemon and lime juice.
Of a group of ten friends, four of us got kidney stones within two years of turning forty. Coincidence? Probably not.
The good news is that the stones only hurt for some of the time they were coming out. I went several days during that 31 day span with no pain at all. But there were three periods of pain that were incredible. The kind of pain where you lay int he fetal position for several hours, throw up and sweat like you are sitting on the sun.
But everything is good now, so.....
