Whether you wish to call it an amendment or a repeal and replace, I couldn't care less.
Go search for other "gotchas".
I don't feel betrayed by politicians because I don't expect for them to solve my problems and I hate that the federal govt is expected to.
I expect this to be a more sane answer but an unwanted federal answer regardless.
