...they're going to be in the wilderness for a while, unless the Republicans eff it up (this is entirely possible, if not likely).
I don't think the media gave Trump a pass in any way. If there's one thing it's guilty of, it's that it didn't take him or his movement seriously enough, early enough. Had it done so, it would have challenged him to be more specific on what his plans are for this country. Instead the media chose to pop some popcorn and settle in for the circus.
The DNC is a corrupt organization that got behind a corrupt, establishment politician. They rolled the dice and they lost big. Now we're left with another roll of the dice. I hope it works out in the end.
