Obama made a fool of him at a dinner about 5 years ago or so. You could see him seething under the fake smile. Barry was having fun with him. Word is he began to make plans to become THAT guy, the president as a result of that. Watch him on revenge. Mthrfckr carries a grudge. He had an enemies list cooked up of folks who had cost his THIS election in his mind.
