He strikes a deal favorable to financial sectors in nations where he carries great debt. Strikes some deals favorable to Russian oligarchs and the Russian mob. No one can stop the president from pursuing such things. He HAS ties to Russia. He really loves Putin? Come on now. That's just a game. And Don Trump WILL profit from being president. JUST bank on that. HIS interests will tip the scales in decision making in cases that do not overtly harm the US.
