I mean, Wells Fargo just defrauded a bunch of its own customers by creating fake accounts. That's outright fraud and yet it happened. How?
I think America generally has a problem with financially incentivizing bad behavior. Whether this is in the board room or on a ball field, we pay people a lot of money for success, so much so that they are willing to outright cheat to get there.
