Let me know where see an example of these personal attacks. I do like Kim Anderson as a person, and as I have said I can't fathom how poorly he has done in this role even with the initial expectation he wasn't suited for it. Discussing how poorly he has done is entirely topical for this board and not personal. You can have a topical conversation on whatever you like within board guidelines, you would have even less success of finding an example where I prevented that than finding these personal attacks you say I do in almost all of my threads.
