FBI had recommended not prosecuting her.

He wasn't saying that he, Assange, had released enough to convict her, but that he felt that the Loretta Lynch, Bill Clinton, James Comey fiasco had demonstrated that "the system" was not going to work as it should... that in effect, Hillary was above the law, that she would be protected.

He said something along the lines of Wikileaks having evidence that could/should lead to her prosecution but whether or not she was would be up to the "Justice Department" (sic) and he didn't express much confidence that they would regardless of the evidence released.

Later on it seemed to me like he got a little more confident that perhaps she would be prosecuted or at least be hurt more by the revelations, but I think that has died down now.

I do think some bloggers were making bigger claims than Assange was.
