already recommended that Hillary not be prosecuted for her crimes, that he thought they had enough evidence to be released that should convict her, but that that was really up to the justice system and he didn't have any confidence that they would.

I don't remember exactly the wording he used, but he didn't seem to think the odds were very high that she would actually be prosecuted.

He didn't think too highly of Trump either.
