bush isn't up for election. and if bush and friends broke the law in regard to that then they SHOULD have been charged as well.
read the statute. and listen to what comey said. he laid out that she violated the elements of the crime. he intentionally added an element that is not included in the statute.
she violated e and f personally and she and her crew violated g. it is not even an argument. comey said as much he just added that he didn't think any prosecutor would file the charge. which is not his job to decide btw.
