but his scholarship contains, I'm sure, an ongoing "conduct" provision. I'm not saying this is a major incident - it's not - who doesn't get ****ed at meter maids - but you've got to be aware that you're under a microscope.

I'd have said the same thing about DGB. Once you've had two incidents, it was just dumb for him to put himself in that situation.
