improved Temple with each game, ended the season on a high note, and also had good recruiting in the off-season:

unlike Odom's team this year, Rhule's Temple improved with each game as the season progressed. They started out losing their first 6 games, a dreadful 0-6. Then this is what happened in their final 6 games:

vs Army........ W 33–14 (19-point win)
@ SMU......... L 49-59 (close loss)
@ Rutgers..... L 20-23 (one-possession loss)
vs UCF (#15)... L 36-39 (one-possession loss)
vs UConn....... L 21-28 (one-possession loss)
@ Memphis..... W 41-21 (20-point win)
