They hadn't read the e-mails yet. The investigation is ongoing, there are not charges pending from the Justice Dept.

10 different Justice Dept officials told him he was breaking the law. He decided to go political anyway.

FBI investigates, gather's data.

Justice brings charges and indictments.

He clearly stepped over a line. I don't give a **** that it is Clinton. This shouldn't happen to any candidate.
