The only rights you have are those you and the people around you have decided you are entitled to.

I have the right to life... as long as someone does not choose to take it from me.

I have the right to procreate ... as long as I can find an agreeable partner or force a disagreeable one.

I have the right to own property ... as long as someone does not have the power to displace me.

I have the right of free movement ... as long as no one forcibly detains me.

Please identify the logical fallacy in any if those statements.

The only argument you have is from a moral prospective but that falls apart too because morality is also a human construct that varies from culture to culture.

Murder is wrong because we have agreed as a society that it is wrong not because it is a violation of your mythical natural rights.
