approach he isn't going to. Lawrence was successful at constant off the ball movement and curling off picks. Vanleer mostly just stands stationary at the 3 point line and rotates the ball.

I think if you look at Jon McIntire's senior season in 1989-90, that is more in line with what to expect potentially from VanLeer down the road. Matt Lawrence was 6'7, and had an extremely quick release, and could shoot effectively while cutting. That isn't the type of player that Vanleer is.
