There are a lot of transfers who generally see their numbers soar as they take a major step down roster-wise. See what Tyler Stone did when he moved from Mizzou to SEMO (2.0 ppg to 14.7 ppg). Barnett is definitely taking a significant step down but I dont know that he'll see that type of jump. He should at least be able to play in most games though.
