possible for the secretary of state to use a private email server and not get caught? And if she's caught not get indicted for perjury, mishandling of government secrets and exchanging government policies for cash?

Almost impossible.

Why, she would have to have all of her staff scared of her, she would have to have the media working hard to cover it up, she would have to have the department of justice and the FIB in on it, she would have to have the president of the united states covering for her.
