Of course there are voting machines. You would hear a lot more screaming if there weren't.

There have been reports in the media of people claiming they were being offered money to vote a certain way. Why would it surprise you that some people believe what these people are claiming? Is it really outside the realm of possibility in your mind?

Yes, there are silly rumors being thrown out there, and some people may believe them, but it is completely illogical to think that proves that all allegations of impropriety are nonsense, no?
