Yes, Ford recruited some very good players to Stillwater including some now in the NBA. His style of play is well suited to what many of the young AAU players are accustomed to. I expect he will continue to attract talented players to SLU. The question is whether or not he can take this talent and win a conference title or make a run in the NCAA tournament. He was not good at getting his teams to play at a consistent level at OSU.
