question as to whether Kim is the right man for the job I'd have to question his ability to do his job. It should not take that long for him to assess the situation, particularly now that they have had some face to face direct contact and he has gotten the lay of the land at MU.
I was open to the possibility that Kim was just completely overwhelmed and ill prepared in his initial season, and that given an opportunity to bounce back and reflect on some of his initial mistakes he could reverse course. But he was just as abysmal in year 2, and showed the same lack of preparation and tactical deficiencies. That is what he is. He is a below avg coach at this level, who is also very bad at putting a roster together. And he puts a very low amount of effort into the job. That isn't a recipe for success.
