a 15 yard penalty. It is beyond the line of scrimmage. I saw an article a few years ago about high school football that was pushing for the same thing and I think it said something to the effect that injuries as a result of cut blocks behind the line of scrimmage occurred three times less than cut blocks at the line of scrimmage.
Just my rant about that since Beckner once again was a victim of a cheap cut block at the line of scrimmage.
