Oversampling is requested all the time for various reasons and doesn't "wreck the analysis". The sample size your need to understand the preferences of voter subgroups is larger than the internals reported for national or statewide polls. The CI/MOEs are huge. Another classic fail on zerohedge's part to link this email with polls conducted by the media. He's talking about media based online polling using microtargeting. Like this: qriously.com
