It will simply means that if you don't want to bump they're salaries over the threshold, it's pretty easy to just make them hourly and cap them at 40 hours. If they work more than 40, then they should be compensated. Company I work for has around 80 employees. They took the workers making under the cap that were good employees and bumped their pay. The ones they thought may look for another job soon or were not great employees, they just switched them to hourly.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
