for overtime. Even Wal-Mart says they'll just bump their salaried workers making less than the threshold above the mark.

It's not a big deal. If your a small business, just change your salaried workers to hourly and cap them at 40 or pay them overtime. Not a big deal at all really.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
