aspiring dictator (if that is what he is), then it seems to me that the natural reaction should be "Why would people be willing to do this?"
40% of the voting public, assuming 140M are cast total this November, is 56,000,000 people.
I disagree with the notion that either one of these candidates give a darn about anything but the power they get from victory.
But, I'd like to know how potentially 56M people are so disillusioned with the current electoral process, the governmental institutions in place, and the elite who run those institutions, have gotten them to the point today that they'd vote for a "dictator"
