My philosophy in just 2 notes may be:

Get players that at least:
1. Play decent defense
2. Are very good shooters

If players have those 2 qualities on should always have a good enough team. The rest can be taught or is there instrinsically.

What program does this describe?...Gonzaga?.

Anyways I like those quotes. We'll see if it shows.
