Gave up my basketball season tickets for the first time in 25 years. I didn't get a follow up letter asking why...they were just kind of like 'f-it' we can't be bothered to even look into the problem. Implode is just #.

University should be following up and asking what lead to such a decision....prices, product on the court, political reasons, etc etc. Is it any wonder people are leaving in droves with such an 'I don't care' attitude? Way to be hands off.
