just like a friendly sportswriter prints stories favorable to a coaching staff or player or organization. The press does it for "access" and the politicians use it to get their message out, or in this case, their campaign message out. Big companies use it every day to drive up sales, profits, cover up bad news, blunt criticisms, etc. You guys are not this naive.
