as a candidate. I think she'll govern more to the middle/moderate position like Bill did, rather than how she is running, but I can't reconcile all of the lying and self-dealing except to say that it goes on every day in Washington. She just seems to be more successful at it than most. If I thought Trump was a program changer there, I'd feel differently about him, but he's just a carnival barker, not a change agent.
