average recruiter. Schematically, he is flawed. That "system" only ever had elite success during a very brief window where Arkansas had top 5, or maybe 2, talent in the country. Aside from that 2-year window, they consistently underperformed, especially in the tournament. The SWC and SEC were bad back then too and tourney time proved them overmatched. What we saw his last couple of years at MU was what we were going to see for the rest of his tenure.
To be fair, it was not all him. His staff was/is incredibly weak. But that's ultimately on him.
