Busineeses don't hire more people to do the same amount

of work. Cutting business taxes with the assumption the business will either pay it's current employees more or hire additional workers when the demand for their product/service is already being met is quite simply stupid.
I would have thought people would figure this out by now. For decades now wages have remained pretty much flat relative to inflation. Why? Because busineesses as a whole have not be reinvesting in their employees. They dole the money out to executives or shareholders.
