Do you consider people making 80K a year to be poor?
If there is a demand for the products, someone is going to make and sell them. The identity of business owner is irrelevant.
While incentives for capital formation are important. It is even more important to get enough disposable income into consumers hands so they can afford to consume. Because without demand for the products, capital formation does not produce any increase in output. What is the point of building a factory if no one is going to buy the product?
Income inequality hurts job creation. People with high net worth have a lower propensity to spend.
