that should be considered negligence by the AD and grounds for dismissal. We have simply been under-utilizing our assets since we were given an abundance of them from the conference move.
The AD needs to be making a list of what in his opinion are the very top and most desired coaches at any program not in the SEC/B1G/PAC12/ACC and simply making them an offer they can't refuse by showing a commitment to the sport to correct for this travesty. There are a small amount of exceptions, but outside that any coach not among the 4 major conferences should be considered and don't take no for an answer.
