this specific case is another (like abortion itself) in which rights conflict, however arguing this specific instance as a means to demonstrating that drug use in general isn't victimless, is illogical.

this situation comes down to how you view the unborn.

the general statement "drug use is a victimless crime" stands as a basis for laws against drugs being immoral.

Laws against damaging others aren't immoral.
