"why women can't make their own reproductive decisions" is really playing word games. Women who commit abortions have already made their reproductive decision... they engaged in sex and became pregnant. They had already reproduced and brought a new human being into the world.
Her decision is NOT about whether or not she will reproduce... she already made the decision that led to the result that she did in fact reproduce.
Her decision at that point is whether or not she will have her new child killed.
Bragging about what a role his faith plays in his life is absurd in light of the fact that the faith he claims to profess... Catholicism, follows the constant Church teaching that abortion is a grave sin and that participating in it with full knowledge and consent breaks one's relationship with God, and that if not repented of will result in one being eternally separated from God... an eternity in hell.
