Isn't that really true with any HC/asst relationship?

If that was the case, there would be mass resignations. See Charlie @ ut, Sumlin, Mack, and a whole host of examples. A HC isn't going to give up his job any more than a CEO who fires underlings.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
