You need to study the tactics used by the USG's owners.
These Clinton scandals were promoted to soak up the energies of the right wing media without doing any real harm to Clinton. The idea is to keep them occupied with drivel because left to their own devices they might stumble onto something more damaging.
Neither involve any serious nefarious intent, and no one but the partisan right takes them seriously.
But please, go on and act like they are huge scandals. That is what Hillary wants you to do.
The right and left wings are used to modulate social discontent while pursuing the interests of the owners over a much longer time frame. The left is used to implement mitigation measures when the pain becomes too severe. For both global hard and soft power purposes the owners need to keep a majority of the US domestic population pacified.
The right is used to promote gridlock most of the time and to implement regressive measures when the time is right.
